"Black Voices in Commentary" DeWayne Wickham, the columnist for USA Today and Wayne Dawkins, a Hampton University journalism faculty member and National Association of Black Journalists historian, compiled "Black Voices in Commentary: The Trotter Group," a collection of pieces by 23 Black columnists. I am one of the featured columnists from my days at the Hampton Roads Daily Press.
